Back in September 2009 Bajaj Launched Kawasaki Ninja 250R 2010 version in 2.69lac ex. After the sale report of Sept 2011 1st anniversary of ninja250r in India Bajaj sold only 1000 unit per year. But, Honda’s iconic CBR250R 2011 is going to be launch in this April 2011 before the launching of the bike Honda received 1800 booking in 1st month the booking was started in 1-1-2011 n they calculated it till 31-1-2011. So, we can see CBR already far ahead then Ninja 250R were as Ninja 250r was sold only 1000unit comparing it to CBR250R it will be closed 20000+ unit if the booking goes like this.

Its very unfair for we indians to buy the ninja at that premium price than cbr
both are sold at equal prices in other countries …
CBR250r is a tourer in its class while the Ninja 250 is the best sports bike in its segment …
I just have some questions is it justifiable for Ninja to be sold at this price in India ?
and why the 650 ninja is kept @ 4.5 lacs just to provoke sales or wat ?
are we living up our dream of the perfect 250 by buying the CBR250r or we shud invest more for a ninja where we can get 2 CBR250r’s at that price range of a single NINJA 250 ?
Actually ninja is ninja…
CBR is not in the same class or category of Ninja 250R.. Only bike you can compare is Hyesung GT250RR..
But then again, Honda goes with making CBR here in India, but Kawasaki doesn’t..
Coming to the point of Ninja 650 price vs Ninja 250R price..
That is their marketing choice.. You already use a bajaj i think, so I sure you can feel, as with Bajaj, sales is everything.. When in after sales, user jaye var me…
Selling one bike is not just selling it, really do you think these PBK, those who even fails to take care of P220 type products are prepared to service and maintain a Kawasaki ??
Bajaj robs Ninja customers, by charging Rs. 400 an hour for 250R service here in Kolkata..
They will cover up the lose in maintennce for sure
U r right but y cant kawasaki opens up its own showrooms like suzuki did … ??
God knws what will happen to this biking culture for the middle class
Have to be satisfied with inferior options i guess
Suzuki ??
They are in worst condition.. Not directly in and not as in premium segment also..
Anyway, CBR is there, its a Honda
would not disappoint interns of value for money and reliability and most importantly what an Indian would look for, long lasting..
